Physical development is as important as academic or mental development as it refers to the ability to move, coordinate and control the body effectively. It is only a healthy body that can perform basic activities. We have specially designed activities that will help our students develop in terms of proper coordination, and overall physical fitness. The activities are simple, easy to learn and can be adapted by people of any age.

In a world that that thrives on social contacts and connections, our activities are specially designed to improve a student's ability to make and keep social relationships within and outside the business environment.
