With the help of our able and dedicated staff, practical mode of imparting knowledge and one on one counselling we assist, enable and support you to become financially independent by giving you the ability to learn new and well as relevant skills or establish existing businesses as well as excel in your professional career. We assist you to discover, develop and demonstrate your talents, while preparing each participant with the right leadership principles to make impact on others.
At EOI, we give personal attention to every student or participant. We desire to see growth and development by helping you identify your potentials, strengthen your weakness and maximize your potentials and in turn be a blessing to yourself, families and the community as a whole.

Rev. (Mrs) Elizabeth Oladimeji
Rev. Elizabeth Oladimeji has been empowering and developing individuals and organizations for more than 40 years.
As a seasoned Christian minister, motivational speaker, entrepreneur and strategist, her life mission is to enable God’s creation to fulfill their purpose on earth. She has achieved that through touching thousands of lives, enabled the start-up of hundreds of business and assisting and supporting struggling businesses as well as financially disabled people. Elizabeth Oladimeji is the Chief Executive Officer for Virtmom Limited and the Vice President of Vision 2-2-2 Christian Ministry.

Rev. Jide Oladimeji
Rev. Jide Oladimeji is Church Growth Consultant, Leadership Expert, Coach, Trainer of Trainers, Teacher, Pastor, and Missionary.
His twenty years missionary leadership (1980 – 2000) under the Deeper Christian Life Ministry made the Church the fastest growing church in Ghana and second largest church in the world of Deeper Cristian Life Ministry. Through the grace of God, he developed about one thousand branches with about fifty thousand membership and five thousand Christian workers and pastors. He is presently the President of Vision2-2-2 Christian Ministry. His vision and passion is training and developing Christian workers and Ministers.

Faith Oladimeji
Faith holds a B.A (hons) in French from the University of Lagos, MSc International Business Development from the Burgundy School of Business in France.
She has served as the Marketing Manager, General Manager and Conference Manager and various companies in West Africa as well as the Senior Consultant of Faybun Development Services in Nigeria.
